Directions to Phoenix Barn, Bosorne, St Just, TR19 7NR

Follow the A30 (from the bottom end of the M5) across Dartmoor, the Tamar, and the whole of Cornwall, to Penzance; follow the Penzance ring road (A30) towards Lands End and St Just;

- take the A3071 (at the Mount Misery roundabout on the Penzance ring road) to St Just;

- in St Just, go straight through Market Square, and in Bank Square, turn left at the clock tower (down Cape Cornwall Street, towards the Cape);

- take the second left, just before St Just Primary school (sign-posted Cot Valley) and follow the road between the primary school and its small playing field along Bosorne Road, over the sleeping policemen, out of St Just;

- after about 1/3 mile through fields, and just after the first house in Bosorne (Corner House) turn right off the road that carries on down the hill into the valley. Follow the road round to the left (not into the farm: see Corner House turning) ...

...and for about another 150 yds: Phoenix Barn is just after all the trees on the right, with a double gate, and (currently) green tarpaulins over the front of the garage.
